About Jane Kouptsova

Jane is a Senior Research Analyst in the People & Leadership practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Her areas of expertise include employee engagement, team effectiveness, hiring & retention strategies, management & leadership development, and remote work best practices.

Jane comes to Info-Tech from a background in academic research, focusing on brain-behavior interactions. Her interests center on using evidence-based practices to improve employee effectiveness, productivity and wellbeing. She has worked with IT departments across a breadth of organizational structures, spanning both private and public sectors. Jane is an experienced public speaker, and has presented to audiences ranging in size from in-depth discussion groups of a few attendees up to audiences of several hundred.

Jane holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Neuroscience from Western University.
