About Jane Kouptsova

Jane is a Research Director in the CIO Practice, specializing in leadership development, team effectiveness, talent strategy, and work culture.
With a background in academic research on brain-behavior interactions, Jane brings an evidence-based lens to empowering IT leaders and their teams. She has partnered with IT departments across private and public sectors, and is an experienced public speaker, having presented to groups ranging from intimate discussions to audiences of several hundred.
Jane holds an MSc in Neuroscience from Western University and an Honors BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
