About Jeremy Roberts

Jeremy Roberts is a Senior Director, Research & Content, with a background in infrastructure and operations. His research interests include cloud computing, end-user computing, Office 365, and artificial intelligence. He is the author of Info-Tech's 2020 Infrastructure Priorities report and Info-Tech’s Cloud Cost Management research, and he produces regular material on the cloud market space. He holds BA and PhD degrees from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and an MSc from the University of Oxford in the UK.
