Kim Chanderbir is a senior managing partner II at Info-Tech Research Group with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience helping organizations accelerate business transformation, modernize technology, and deliver measurable business outcomes. She partners with executive leaders across Financial Services and Professional Services to align business strategy with technology investments, leveraging Info-Tech's research, advisory, and consulting capabilities to solve complex business challenges and create sustainable value.

Prior to joining Info-Tech, Kim held senior leadership roles with IBM, HP, Accenture, and CGI, where she led digital transformation, enterprise modernization, strategic account management, customer success, and large-scale business transformation initiatives across Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, SaaS, Technology, Government, and Healthcare. Throughout her career, she has managed enterprise portfolios valued at more than $550 million and led global teams of over 1,000 professionals across North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Japan.

Kim is recognized for her human-centric leadership style and her ability to build trusted executive relationships that connect business strategy, technology, and organizational change. Her expertise spans executive advisory, technology strategy, operational transformation, governance, customer experience, organizational change, and strategic growth, helping organizations navigate complex environments while delivering sustainable business value.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and two Master of Business Administration degrees. Her professional credentials include Project Management Professional (PMP), Executive Leadership Coaching, and numerous additional professional certifications.

Beyond her executive leadership responsibilities, Kim is a mental health advocate and board member, serves as a peace ambassador for Guyana and Canada, and actively supports mentoring, philanthropy, and initiatives that empower women, youth, and underserved communities.
