With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Kim has led digital transformation, enterprise modernization, strategic account management, customer success, and large-scale business transformation initiatives across Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, SaaS, Technology, Government, and Healthcare. She has managed enterprise portfolios valued at more than $550 million and led global teams of over 1,000 professionals across North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Japan. Kim is recognized for building trusted executive relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustainable business value in complex and highly regulated environments.

Beyond her professional role, Kim is committed to developing leaders and giving back to the community. She is a Mental Health Advocate and Board Member, serves as a Peace Ambassador for Guyana in Canada, and actively supports mentoring, executive coaching, philanthropy, and initiatives that empower women, youth, and underserved communities.
