About Evan Garmaise

Evan Garmaise leads AI development projects that bring breakthrough value to Info-Tech customers. His most recent project, the Service Desk Analytics Tool, enriches and analyzes client service desk data to support initiative planning and helpdesk optimization. Evan leveraged his background in data science and artificial intelligence to design the core AI workflows.

Before joining Info-Tech, Evan worked at KPMG as a director of artificial intelligence. There, Evan led technical projects using AI tools to extract document content for client decision-making and actioning. He also led data science projects focused around predictive modeling, optimization, and interface enhancement. Clients for these projects included some of the largest North American financial institutions. Evan also led client engagements evaluating AI strategy and data literacy for blue chip organizations.

Evan has a background in computer science and statistics and brings a broad base of experience and knowledge to advising clients on AI-related topics.
