About Richard Treglown

Richard Treglown is an Executive Counselor and part of the Executive Services team at Info-Tech Research Group.

Richard is a versatile, charismatic technology executive with 25 years of global IT experience and 15 years in senior leadership roles. Before joining Info-Tech, he held several IT leadership positions at Hines, an industry-leading commercial real estate development and investment firm. Most recently, Richard served as VP of Global IT Service Delivery, responsible for Service Desk and Infrastructure operations across 27 countries worldwide. During that time, he negotiated a multiyear deal worth more than $4 million to outsource responsibility for IT infrastructure operations and global ERP platform administration to a third-party cloud service partner, which reduced internal operational overhead and enabled the realignment of internal resources to more strategic initiatives. In addition, Richard held responsibility for various other IT functions, including enterprise project management, vendor management, and procurement.

Prior to Hines, Richard worked for 11 years in the financial services industry at Invesco, based in both the United States and United Kingdom. He served in several project management roles, leading initiatives in data warehousing and enterprise application rationalization.
