About Natalie Sansone

Natalie is a Research Director in the Infrastructure & Operations practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Her area of focus is in IT service management, covering software and hardware asset management, enterprise service management, tool implementation, and building and improving service desk processes.

Prior to joining Info-Tech, Natalie worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, then as a Research Consultant on several projects, building reports to analyze the impact of global health policies.

Natalie holds a PhD and a Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Health Psychology from the University of Waterloo, as well as an honours Bachelor degree (BA) from the University of Western Ontario.
