About Me

Michel helps clients implement service management and IT operations processes and technologies.

His practice focuses on formulating service support strategies, improving service desk operations and implementing incident, problem, change, asset, release, and configuration management processes. He also keeps an eye on ITSM and service desk software, helps clients navigate the vendor landscape, and discuss service desk outsourcing strategies.

Most recently, Michel has taken an interest in how organizations can use robot process automation and artificial intelligence applications to automate IT operations and improve service support.

A skilled facilitator, researcher, and advisor, Michel has developed projects and workshops that help clients manage service management processes, foster a culture of social responsibility, and improve talent acquisition practices.

Before joining Info-Tech, Michel was sessional faculty at Western University, and Huron University College, where he conducted research on models of well-being and the quality of life and taught courses in corporate social responsibility. Michel also served as a Commissioned Officer with the Royal Canadian Air Force.

Michel holds a Ph.D. in Ethics from Western University.
