Long Dam specializes in setting up enterprise project management offices (EPMO) along with supporting the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) practice at Info-Tech Research Group.
Long has 15+ years of project, program, and portfolio management experience from different industries such as leading-edge technology, higher education, insurance & financial institutions, and private, public, and government sectors. Long teaches project management at both the university and college levels.
Long is a subject matter expert with the Project Management Institute (PMI), a key contributor to the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition, and an active member of the PMI local chapter. He also serves on the board of directors for the BGC Hamilton-Halton.
