Abbas has led mission-critical transformation programs at organizations including Scotiabank, Interac, and Innovapost, delivering impact in areas such as payments modernization, hybrid and multicloud architecture (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, enterprise data platforms, and compliance frameworks. His work spans architecture governance, Agile transformation, and scaling AI and automation initiatives to drive innovation and resilience.
