With a career spanning roles as Chief Digital Officer, CIO, and senior transformation executive, Jason has consistently driven innovation, modernized operations, and built high-performing digital teams.
Most recently, as Chief Digital Officer at Groupe Atlantic UK, ROI & NA, Jason led a multiyear transformation that repositioned IT as a strategic enabler capable of rapid change. His leadership delivered AI-enabled connected services, modernized core manufacturing systems, and a cloud-first digital architecture, contributing to the company’s market leadership in heating and hot water solutions.
Previously, Jason held senior roles at Serco Group PLC, where he led digital-first initiatives across critical public services, including the NHS, Home Office, and international transport systems. He has deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, digital service development, cyber resilience, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and smart systems.
