Sandi Conrad is an Advisory Fellow at Info-Tech Research Group, where she partners with IT executives to translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans. With deep expertise in IT asset management and governance, Sandi applies frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO, and LEAN to help organizations optimize performance, reduce risk, and align technology investments with business outcomes.
Before joining Info-Tech, Sandi launched and led software divisions for a Large Account Reseller, Systems Integrator, and Value-Added Reseller—becoming one of Canada’s first Software Contract Administrators. She later founded a consulting firm supporting SMBs and local governments with licensing, audit defense, and spend rationalization.
Sandi is a published author and holds certifications including ITIL 4 Master, ISO Software Practitioner, and Lean IT Foundations. She also earned an Executive MBA and a Graduate College Teaching Certificate, bringing both strategic insight and practical execution to every engagement.
