Craig Broussard is a Senior Executive Counselor and Team Lead at Info-Tech Research Group, advising CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders on enterprise transformation, IT strategy, governance, and modernization. He brings over 20 years of global technology leadership experience across large-scale infrastructure, cybersecurity, sourcing, and operating model transformation.

Craig partners closely with executive teams to translate business strategy into pragmatic, business-aligned IT roadmaps, often supporting initiatives spanning digital transformation, AI strategy, ERP modernization, and IT governance redesign. He is known for his ability to balance strategic insight with execution discipline, helping leaders drive measurable outcomes while navigating organizational complexity.

Before joining Info-Tech, Craig held global senior leadership roles at organizations including Nokia, Atos, and NCH Corporation, where he led global teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. His career includes responsibility for multi-country operations, large outsourcing transitions, data center consolidation programs, and cybersecurity risk management initiatives, delivering outcomes such as significant cost savings, improved service performance, and strengthened business–IT alignment.

Craig combines deep technical expertise with a strong coaching mindset and has completed his IECL Executive Coaching Certification, enabling him to support executives not just in “what to change” but in how to lead through change.
