About Scott Winslow

Scott Winslow is a Principal Research Director with over 20 years of strategic research and management advisory experience working with C-suite executives in government, higher education, and banking. Scott has held senior roles as both a research team leader and as an individual thought leader, all focused on best practice management and strategy identification and application. He has worked across finance, IT, front-line sales, product development, and HR – using quantitative and qualitative research tools to identify root cause problems, craft solutions and identify paths to implement them.

Prior to joining Infotech, Scott held leadership roles in both the public and private sectors including 15 years at Gartner (formerly CEB) and spending two years working for the Obama Administration serving as Head of the President’s Management Advisory Board. Scott holds an MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, and a BA in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
