About Emily Wright
Emily works with tech marketing clients to turn their customers into loyal advocates through the development of key processes and initiatives around customer experience, success, retention, and advocacy. She leverages seven years of marketing and technology experience working with companies that provide highly technical product offerings to a variety of geographical markets and industry verticals.
Emily’s last role was with Info-Tech Research Group’s Consulting division where she was a Senior Consultant with the CIO Advisory practice for almost three years, focused primarily on IT and business strategy. Prior to joining Info-Tech, Emily worked in marketing in the engineering/manufacturing and assistive technology sectors. She has several years' experience working for a commercial preservation & cooling technology company where she managed all aspects of marketing and promotions across global markets, conducted research, and played a key role in strategic sales and marketing decision making.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia from McMaster University and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Seneca College.
