Over the last 30+ years, Scott has developed a unique combination of policy and technology expertise across multiple business and government domains and is skilled at engaging industry leaders, government officials, community partners, and staff to transform organizations, drive innovation and achieve results.

As an Executive Counselor, Scott enjoys helping his clients leverage Info-Tech’s deep research, diagnostics, blueprints, and services to lead with confidence, grow their teams, and make strategic, timely, and well-informed decisions that drive business value and demonstrate IT’s value as an accelerator and enabler of change, business transformation, and growth. His approach to working with clients focuses on partnership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and encouraging a growth mindset. Scott has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University. He and his wife, Marcy, live in Chesapeake, Virginia, and have three grown daughters.
