About Kieran Gobey

Kieran is a principal advisory director at Infotech, specializing in translating concepts, frameworks, and strategy into practical operating models that organizations can implement and sustain. His work focuses on facilitating structured decision-making, building organizational capability, and helping teams improve software delivery, product management, business analysis, and governance practices without introducing unnecessary process or bureaucracy.

While many practitioners focus on Agile, DevOps, requirements management, product management, or governance as separate disciplines, Kieran's expertise lies at their intersection. He works where delivery, product, architecture, governance, and organizational capability converge, helping organizations align strategy, decision-making, and execution to achieve measurable outcomes.
