Jeanette brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across private equity-owned, privately held and publicly traded companies, with deep expertise in information technology, enterprise transformation, strategic planning, and operational excellence. She has served as CIO for four organizations, Chief Program Officer for three, Chief of Staff for two, and CHRO for three, consistently delivering measurable improvements in profitability, performance, and organizational agility.

Jeanette holds executive education credentials from Cornell, Stanford, Kellogg, George Washington University, and the University of Michigan. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, Disaster Recovery Specialist and HR Professional. Over the past 15 years, she has served as a speaker and panelist at industry trade events, sharing insights on transformation, governance, and technology leadership.

Jeanette has worked with several private equity firms as well as global enterprises including Invensys. Electronic Data Systems, Xerox and General Motors, serving in a variety of leadership roles focused on delivery, execution, and enterprise performance in sixty-one countries.
