About Sriram Bhargav
Technical Counselor
Sriram Bhargav Madhav (Sri) is a Technical Counselor (AI, Data & Enterprise Architecture) at Info-Tech Research Group and a technology leader with over 25 years of experience helping organizations across Australia and APAC turn AI ambition into data- and architecture-governed, production-grade capability. He advises AI, Data, and Enterprise Architecture executives on operating models, roadmaps, and architecture decisions that deliver sustained business value – bridging the gap between board-level strategy and what actually ships.
Sri has founded and led AI businesses, built AI practices from the ground up, and held management roles with full P&L ownership at global technology consultancies. Along the way he has taken AI products from concept to market – including an AI observability and governance platform and an enterprise document intelligence platform. He has also delivered transformation programs at scale for some of the region's largest organizations. His recent engagements include designing an enterprise-wide LLM gateway architecture for one of Australia's largest universities and an agentic AI factory playbook for a major national retailer.
Sri's counsel is grounded in a consistent theme: successful enterprise AI adoption is about the right technology but not without aligning operating models, data foundations, enterprise architecture, governance, and organizational readiness. He brings deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI, LLMOps, and Responsible AI practices, combined with enterprise architecture rigor across TOGAF, COBIT, and Zachman – and applies it across industries and functions.
Sri is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, an advisor on the HBR Advisory Council, a board representative for IGOAI Australia, an ISACA member, and holds a granted patent in IT infrastructure transformation.
