About Joe Riley

Joe Riley is a Senior Workshop Director for Infrastructure, Operations, Project Management, Innovation and IT Strategy practices at the Info-Tech Research Group. He works with clients as a workshop facilitator and contributes to research and blueprint continuous improvements.

Prior to joining Info-Tech Research Group, Joe enjoyed an IT career in various capacities over decades, ranging from systems engineering and regional infrastructure management to regional end-user experience and services management in some of the largest keyboard to cloud ITO contracts in the technology industry.

Joe ensures our members get the most value out of their Info-Tech memberships by scoping client needs, current state and desired business outcomes, and then drawing upon his extensive experience, certifications, and degrees (MBA, MS Ops/Org Mgt, BS Eng/Sci, ITIL, PMP, Security+, etc.) to facilitate our client’s achievement of desired and aspirational business outcomes. A true advocate of ITSM, Joe approaches technology and technology practices as a tool and enabler of people, core business, and competitive advantage activities.
