With 35 years of experience in IT leadership roles across multiple industries and geographies, Dennis has a breadth of knowledge in IT operations and service delivery, supplier governance, organizational change, technology transformation and business relationship management.
Dennis has a keen sense of IT operations excellence and the management of trade-offs often necessary to ensure the right mix of technology, people and process to achieve the IT Strategy for the success of all areas of the business. This is rooted in his work/life credo of "good enough is better than perfect." Dennis joined Info-Tech Research Group in June 2022 after serving in varied senior IT leadership roles for global organizations in the Telecommunications and Aerospace industries. This experience with his calm but engaging style provides Info-Tech members with practical insight.
Dennis is married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren and works out of Fort Worth, Texas.
