About PJ Ryan
P.J. Ryan is a Research Director in the Infrastructure & Operations practice at Info-Tech Research Group. PJ has over 28 years of experience in IT, including 18 years leading global IT teams and managing IT environments with a focus on areas such as service management, infrastructure, operations, disaster recovery, cyber security, communications, team building and growth, and education, as well as vendor management and budgeting for global organizations in the communications and oil and gas sectors.
Prior to joining Info-Tech, P.J. managed the IT environment for North Atlantic Refining Limited, with full responsibility for all IT infrastructure and operations, applications, cyber security, service desk and communications. Prior to North Atlantic, P.J. was responsible for IT Infrastructure and Operations as an IT Manager with Inmarsat, a global communications company.
P.J. is working toward a Bachelor of Technology degree at Memorial University. He holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University as well as a diploma in Computer Studies from the College of the North Atlantic.
