About Lucy Norman

She has almost 10 years of recruitment and selection, human resource administration, talent acquisition and business development experience gained in the UK and Canadian markets.

Prior to joining Info-Tech Research Group, Lucy worked with Randstad Inc. a global Staffing firm with operations in US, Canada, Europe and Asia. Here Lucy specialized in headhunting top level Accounting and Finance professionals for an array of industries ranging from SME Advertising and Marketing firms to large enterprise clients in the Mining and Manufacturing space.

Lucy previously held similar positions with small, boutique firms in the UK also specializing in the Finance space. Other roles have included specialist temporary and contract hire for the IT space, volume recruitment for Manchester International Airport for a series of Ground Handling Agents and a series of HR focused roles in her early career for a startup and family business.

Lucy received her BA (Hons) in Human Communications from Manchester Metropolitan University and is an avid networking in the talent management and acquisition space in Toronto.
