About Joe Perovich
Joe is a Senior Managing Partner at Info-Tech Research Group in the Public Sector. He has 30 years’ experience as a business and management consulting executive and transformational change agent with a history of architecting and implementing innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems. He has broad experience across the Public Sector enterprise program lifecycle and in the restructure and turnaround of several of the government’s most mission critical functions and programs. He has led and supported numerous government projects in the US and Canada, several with outcomes of national strategic importance.
Prior to joining Info-Tech, Joe was a Senior Vice President (SVP) at Hitachi Consulting. At Hitachi, Joe served as President of Hitachi Consulting Government Solutions (HCGS); a DSS cleared, FOCI-mitigated subsidiary of Hitachi Limited with North American responsibility. Prior to Hitachi, Joe was an SVP and partner at Celerant Consulting, where he founded the Government and A&D practice and DSS cleared facility, also with North American responsibility. Celerant was formerly one of the world’s largest privately held management consulting firms before acquisition by Hitachi. Joe also had a 30-year US Army Reserve career, serving in numerous command and staff assignments.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, a Master of Science in Engineering Management degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer specializing in Systems Engineering. Joe resides in McKinney, TX.
