IT needs to take charge, and get buy-in

In this era of exponential technological change, IT has a major role to play:

• Bring a clear vision to the table. It’s critical to highlight what’s at stake as we’re past the inflexion point of exponential change. IT also needs to bring a clear vision for the future to organizational stakeholders as a solution.
• Get buy-in from organizational leaders. IT needs to lead the change for their organizations to stay competitive – a daunting task for which they will have to get buy-in and support from organizational leaders.
