What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is that I like its ability to provide granular insights due to advanced segments and user behavior tracking. Customizable dashboards are very handy and real time data goes a long way in helping measure KPIs and adjust strategies as needed. Also the integration with Google Ads and ecommerce is definitely a plus for marketing optimization and ROI measurement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the biggest disadvantage of Google Analytics is that its not the most user friendly tool, especially for someone entirely new to data analytics. Just learning the way around all of the features GA offers can be bit daunting and some of the more advanced capabilities' are little more technically advanced and complex than the average bear might need. There are also some limitations using GA free such as data sampling on larger data sets which will skew results.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For an organization to implement Google Analytics, I think the free version is good starting point for understanding the core features first and then gradually exploring deeper tools as the need calls for it. The high documentation, tutorials and community forums are invaluable resources in easing the learning process. If the business require an in depth data sets, we may prefer Google Analytics 360 since it offers advanced capabilities to help in more accurate data findings.
