Its easy to use and well intergrated with MS Office which is added advantage compared to other tools.

Video and voice quality is awesome along with data sharing feature

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
MS Teams has better features, and it is directly integrated with our everyday office productivity tools. It is more handy, high qulity video and audio. Easier to store and share recorded video, also can transcribe videos. This is better than others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Recording of Video while on call, transcribe and also sharing through sharepoint. It is amazing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes time to save the video or audio after the call.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is worth it. Just go for it.
