There are several critical features provided through Workvivo, which has its disadvantage where users may find it harder to navigate around the application if they are new to it. There may also be some challenges regarding interface environment that hinder the employees from fully utilizing the platform fully at first instance. It emphasized that improving the employee on boarding processes or providing tutorials and references for the clients would greatly improve the customers satisfaction rates.
