What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?
The survey distribution is not limited to SurveySparrow, instead it covers multichannel like emails, social media audiences too. The recurring surveys automation is a promising feature for customers and employees to collect current feedback. It does not demand any technical expertise from its users, thus making itself easy for its users for quick survey.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It keeps the surveys conversational, thus boosting the response rate high. It supports us to keep our survey across multichannel to engage maximum public. It also facilitates us with offline fieldwork, making it easy for us to gather data at different location. For better survey experience to meet our organizational demands, it offers unlimited customization choices. By the help of clear reporting features, we can get insightful reporting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While doing survey through mobile apps, I find it very limited in customization, which shouldn’t be. To streamline the flow of data among different systems, the integration with CRM devices should be broader.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Evaluate your survey requirements to full leverage from SurveySparrow. To engage maximum audience, its multichannel option is recommendable. In case of having internet issues, its offline mode for survey will help you a lot.

It has free integration with Zendesk tool which is vital in collecting feedback from clients anytime they contact support

It is cheap and does comes with premade templates to start with creating custom survey

I have not liked the user interface of the solution as navigation experience is too poor
