One of the most notable benefits is that it allows us to make rewards, recognition and create payroll for our employees, it is a customizable tool and can be implemented through any mobile or portable device.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a tool that we have used so that all our staff feel supported and valued, through this software we have shared everything from recognition for their great work and work to incentives for anniversaries, birthdays, among others, and it provides us with an excellent library to share and save everything the important content.

We have not had any problems, it is a useful platform and helps us create great experiences with the entire work team, it provided us with a catalog through which we can find various rewards.

I like that Recognize is easy to deploy, integrate and use. It offers lot's features that makes it easy to recognize exceptional employees. With this software, rewarding employees is not only fair but transparent. The software integrates well with Yammer which is a plus
