The convenience of the system and the accessibility of personnel data for analysis are both features I appreciate. The fact that it can be expanded into a comprehensive HR/Payroll system for your organization is another strong point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paylocity streamlines the HR/Payroll department by centralizing all employee information in one place, facilitating the processing of multiple payrolls, and facilitating the generation of reports based on census data for all employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our experiences with customer support were first frustrating and unhelpful; however, we have established productive working relationships and are receiving improved service. Equally unremarkable, but functional, is the reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paylocity has considerably enhanced our onboarding process by consolidating various processes onto a single platform. This solution is a huge upgrade from the payroll service we were using before.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

When we started with our general administration what with takes the administration and management of human resources with Paylocity we created a new system from the functions that the program brings us, where we implemented as the employment history and to track compliance aspects in the recognition of documents/information/payment data information and very important our payroll.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very important to have connections in this area for mutual growth for learning that's why the community page is very good It allows employees to post comments/questions, which makes it easier for managers to respond, as they can also tag other users and do a kind of support for less experienced subordinates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On a general level it would be excellent if they made a much larger development in their mobile application due to the great limitations that this provides, which would be good for using real-time tools in any place where we are to avoid a delay and create a new affiliation through the mobile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is true that the platform is not completely simple, something new and different is always difficult. However, the longer we use the system and the more comfortable we feel with it, the more we learn, we recommend it because all our payroll is safely in your database.

Paylocity's navigation and user experience are easier and friendlier than the competition. It's wide range of features also surpasses similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paylocity's goal setting feature is the best aspect of this product. It keeps the user on track and accountable for their work, while also giving management eyes on what employees are prioritizing and how it connects to company wide goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish we had the option to customize our home dashboard. Some modules I personally find unnecessary while I wish other's I had quicker access to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider both the app experience and desktop experience. The app is far superior than competition and is used by employees more frequently.
