It’s also super customizable you can tweak it exactly how your sales process works, which most CRMs don’t allow that easily. Plus, the AI insights and forecasting features actually help in planning and prioritizing leads better.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise is how smoothly it works with other Microsoft tools. I can track emails in Outlook, manage deals in Teams, and everything stays updated automatically. It really makes my daily work a lot easier and more connected.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly for me, the only thing I dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise is that it feels a bit heavy at times.
