What differentiates HaloITSM from other similar products?

Last year I designed a custom dashboard that shows real-time ticket resolution speeds for our outsourced help desk partners. This data allowed me to negotiate a significant rate reduction during a contract renewal because I had objective proof of their service dips.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ability to create nested service catalogs that present different options to our internal teams based on their specific project budgets

I dislike the lack of a robust, native contract lifecycle management tool within the base platform, which forces me to rely on external integrations for legal sign-offs
