One of the oldest AI powered platform. I have been using it from 5 years and i would say this has excellent voice, video, chat, contact center, and enterprise-class API all powered via cloud communications platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Outages are happening often

Complex initial setup , and limited advanced reporting for some channels , totaly dependence on cloud stability
