3ds Max 2020 Is Out
Autodesk recently released the long-awaited new version of its 3D modeling and animation software. This new version includes several enhancements that customers have been anticipating for some time, such as added flexibility and performance improvements.
Some of the major features include:
- Performance improvements that support faster playback speeds with validity intervals and more
- Search actions by keyboard or hotkey
- Detachable viewports
- Multi-monitor setup
- Chamfer Modifier updates that facilitate end-point, edges, and more predictable modelling

Our Take
This is an incremental upgrade that includes some worthy enhancements, particularly the improved Chamfer Modifier, and several performance improvements when rendering designs.
