What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?
The one thing that I think differentiates the platform fro the others is that WordPress is open-source software, and at its base it is freely available to the public. Anyone using the source code can modify and distribute the code, which at the end of the day fosters a collaborative community of developers. Then you have the premium services over top of that which they drive as a business and many of its competitors have a hard time matching the offering.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product team you can tell spent a lot of time investing in partnerships, and you can easily see this in the number of connectors and pre-built plugins that they offer. This helps with cutting down on time to market and integrations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have seen performance issues of some sites that were managed over the years, and I haven’t seen yet a true approach in balancing feature and performance easily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you understand your SEO basics then. WordPress is for you! Also, if you dive in to the product you will want to keep an eye on feature updates to make sure you are offering a secure product on your front end. This is easier said than done, but often overlooked (bug fixes, security patches, plugins, etc.) and do mount up at times.

WordPress provide multiple customisation options to customise website any many different ways which differentiates WordPress from another product. WordPress provide many various plugins for different types of websites again we can easily integrate some useful third-party tools into WordPress which features also stands out from other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customization is one aspect which I like the most as it's provide simple UI to just drag and drop to use various elements to build good looking and great website.

Some time serve issue I have faced that I didn't liked
