The advanced meeting features of Webex meetings like real-time transcription, breakout rooms, and noise cancellation makes it better option for me for online meetings

My favorite and important aspect of why Webex Meetings is its reliable audio and video quality, even in ears with poor connections its friendly interface and so easy to use after mastering it

To new users the tool can be overwhelming to navigate

For new user before considering Webex one should be in position to have continued learning of how to navigate and get work done through the technical support team, i recommend the tool to other users due its benefits

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Back in the day it was one of the very few conference tools and it was really good until it became harder to download the videos of the conference (This may have changed). Nowadays, I use more Zoom as it is more user friendly. I probably give WebEx another chance as I'm sure they've improved since the last time I used them and before the video format change, I used to love that tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was easy to use and had all the necessary features for a conference call.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that downloading the video of a conference was so difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To ask for a demo first.
