What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The client support of this product is awesome. The Artificial Intelligence capabilities of this software helps in coordination. It also provide remainder of the Cisco portfolio for video/audio conferencing. It is so fast also so it become to easier to live chat with our clients in a meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although its one of the best software for audio/video conferencing for small/Medium enterprises but few things of this software needs some optimization like sometimes there might be delay when you start recording and sharing your screen, etc. Also it's little bit costly as compare to similar products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The free trial and free version both available for this software, I would propose this product for any client or association.

It is a tool designed for any work team regardless of size, giving each conference greater collaboration with each of our clients, making our meetings more beneficial with fewer meetings, including everyone and allowing each one to listen, understand and give their their respective opinions

I like it because it is a very intelligent tool, which reduces distractions and interruptions, we can make gestures and express what we want without saying a word, record, share screen, use calendar, individual or group messages in each of our conferences

I like everything there is nothing that I do not agree with

We recommend it because it is very beneficial and has many advantages for any conference, taking into account that it can be held from anywhere with excellent vision and audio that allows each meeting to be beneficial for each of the members who attend the conference.

Webex is a user-friendly tool that has enabled us to communicate across the world effectively. It has powerful features like the whiteboard, audio, and video control.HD video and audio, screen sharing, and many more. It is also easy to use and the pricing is affordable. It allows the making and receiving of calls from any device of your choice. It also can hold up to 100 participants in one meeting making it an excellent video conference tool. Joining meetings with Webex is just by the click of a button and provides the freedom to choose how to connect your audio either via VOIP or dial-in.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex has allowed us to connect with other colleagues and clients across the world easily. The high-quality audio and video it offers have enabled us to exchange information clearly during meetings. Customer support is excellent. Another great thing is the array of features it offers like screen sharing that enables us to solve IT issues on the go. We also have had a large group video conference with Webex and the experience is great. No lagging or freezing of the application and we even had more clients switch to using Webex. The ease of use even for non-technical users is amazing. It does top-up in the area of video conference softwares.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It saved us time and resources since there was little contact there was also a decrease in the COVID -19 cases. I have nothing i dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a huge win for our organization since we are able to connect easily with teams and clients through face-to-face meetings. We have been able to do so many things with Webex like making presentations, sales demos, teams meetings, and client or teams discussion. The rich features and the robust security it offers are incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try and see your communication improve across the whole of your organization.
