What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We love Webex Meeting because it is very user-friendly and has features that allow us to communicate with people across the globe! As a global IT company, that's a huge win for us. It allows us to effortlessly join meetings from our calendars. Sharing my screen with everyone is a big plus for us. We are able t resolve issues fast across all departments. The interactive video conference features help everyone to participate in meetings keeping everyone on the alert till the end of the meeting. We're now more productive and can do more in less time. Our virtual meetings are super exciting and we can engage with clients in a smoother way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've found the audio volume to be very low. With everything turned up to max, the meeting participants are still nearly inaudible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using their free plan for Cisco Webex Meeting. I had a great time using this software, it is very user friendly and looks a lot better than the competition, It has applications on all the platforms which is very useful, But the IOS app seems to have some bugs, and the screen sharing features tends to take up a lot of computer resources and bandwidth, other than that it's a great online meeting tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco is a certain tool that allows us to access meetings via videoconferencing, which allows a group of living beings to meet without having to be in the same place to exchange recordings in a very simple way. Cisco also has a lot of possibilities, because one of them is that we also have the ability to have a conversation from the device cell.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As with any cellular application or PC, it requires a good Internet connection to use in high quality, either via Wi-Fi or through a router if these connectivity options are not suitable. video clips are very stable, they can be interrupted, so we must remember that in order for you to be able to use this system perfectly, we must be sure that we have the optimal network distributor.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an application that I really recommend for any type of organization or even for personal use, in the workplace it was exceptional because with this device I even contacted very relevant people via video conference, which gave us more coverage.

Because of the pandemic and the coronavirus, our company was forced to do home office and maintain remote communication and we found a tool that really helped us to maintain communications between employees and between customers without affecting the sales and services of the company. We love Cisco Webex Meetings because in addition to making video calls and conferences, you can interact between people in a fluid way, with many options, such as screen sharing and even sharing a virtual whiteboard where everyone can participate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I mentioned, the fact that you can share a virtual whiteboard, where all call participants can write on it, makes this tool one of the most useful unlike the rest of its competitors. We also love that you can minimize background noise, which makes calls and conferences a pleasant experience, plus no matter where you are, at home or on the street, you can take the call since this application is installed on both computer and mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have found this tool quite good, compared to others we use, however, if it has some flaws that should be improved, such as the fact that if the connection of some participants of the call is not very good, it freezes and slows down the entire conference. On some occasions errors have been experienced at the start of calls or conferences. But the error has been reported to technical support and has been resolved satisfactorily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In short, Cisco Webex Meetings is one of the best tools for communication, calls and conferences, because it keeps us always in touch with employees, customers and no matter where we are, we can attend and solve problems that may arise at work. Without a doubt, it is the best video-conferencing tool we have been able to find, that is why we recommend it 100%.
