Cisco Webex is reliable and secure. Its quality of connection and features are really good.

Ability to join the webex meeting in various ways like from Laptop or phone or even dial in.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For web browser, one needs to install a plug in to be able to join the web ex meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is good reliable product for working together in global team.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Whenever a person joins the call, there is a quick beep to aware everyone. I haven't seen this on other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the beep sound when you mute/unmute or when anyone joins. It keeps me aware of the call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It sometimes takes time to synch the calendar, and has crashed a few times for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I belive it is a great product to go for. Very easy to use.
