What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
When compared to other products, it had a user-friendly interface that was also fairly intuitive. The versatility and ease of use are extremely important, and this is what drew us to it over more competitive alternatives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Cisco Webex tool is user-friendly and simple to use. It has been useful during the pandemic because we can work from home. It gives us the ability to communicate with our team at any time. The only thing we need to enter is the meeting ID to join the meeting. Another feature that I like about Webex is the ability to record sessions and watch them later.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only disadvantage of the software is that users must download a plugin to use it on their computers. The tool is quite large and consumes a lot of system memory because it contains a lot of information on its own.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cisco Webex Meetings is a unified meeting solution that is a simple, reliable, and secure meeting solution. If you implement it in your organization it will offer a unique bundle of features that save time, effort and cost.
