Enabling non-developers to create and distribute tutorials, tooltips, and walkthroughs allows companies to swiftly modify their online assistance and training to better match the needs of users.

I believe the breadth of features available and ease of customization are above all competitors

The integration/admin portion has been tricky

If you're planning to dive into Digital adoption, Walkme would be the final option. I have found the UI for other similar products very tricky post using walkme.
