What differentiates VuNet vuSmartMaps from other similar products?

VuSmartMaps focus on end to end visibility at transaction level which allows us to identify failure within specific transaction workflows. It also uses AI ML for predictive analysis which enhance system uptime and reliability. We can also create personalised KPI for insights.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspects is its transaction centric monitoring and AI driven insights which is used for predictive analysis and monitoring to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

These features are complex which require training for new user. They can improved speed of introducing new features. Visualisation could be improved to make it more engaging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest if you have complex IT eco system then only you should go for this otherwise should consider other platforms. Check your requirements and budgets as this is pretty expensive and do the cosy benefit analysis.

The software is way better than other counter applications in market as it integrates business related observability functionalities with the use of artificial intelligence and adaptive learning driven insights and connects IT performance to business outcomes. It provides live analytics and can process large data, easy to ingest and integrate to multiple sources. It provides dashboard to customize for action insights.

Most disliked aspect includes: > costing > complex initial setup > advanced training content is not extensive
