We keep records of all of our employees' data on Zenefits, which I frequently consult. The Business Intelligence app and the Benefits Administration app are also used by us. Zenefits makes it incredibly simple to manage our insurance policies and health benefits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I adore having everything available to me on a single platform. I adore how Zenefits provides me with access to the organization chart, payroll, and benefits. I adore how versatile it is. The entire employee lifecycle is simple to use with Zenefits, and any changes made to the system are updated across all platforms. Also, Zenefits has a number of excellent integrations that can help increase efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a very long time to resolve problems. Our relationship manager doesn't do much to speed things up. The interaction with Quickbooks Online is broken. After giving them detailed instructions on how it was broken, they did nothing to fix it after nine months. I had to compose the journal entries myself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'm confident it will be there and provide for your needs. You frequently utilize the business intelligence feature. The Compliance Assistant is a crucial feature that Zenefits has created for you to perform in your line of work and is particularly helpful. That provides me peace of mind knowing that all of the federal due dates and tasks for the year are covered. I urge you to do this.

This distinguishes it from other similar products that do not offer such services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zenefits improves productivity and employee satisfaction. I find it amazing to be able to manage all aspects of payroll, from hiring to payoff, from one place. This reduces the time spent managing payroll and ensures that all data is processed correctly. This also allows employees to easily access their files and payroll tools from anywhere with an internet connection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to understand and configure at times, and its user interface is not always intuitive. The software prices are quite high, which may be a turn off for some.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have a large number of part-time workers who perform a wide variety of tasks around the business, and Zenefits is assisting us in keeping track of each cost center.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While progress is being made in fixing the payroll system's problems, we continue to be annoyed by them. The inconvenient inability to immediately speak with a person through phone makes email support all the more important.
