What differentiates Torii from other similar products?

#1 The automation tools, #2 Excellent integration with Netsuite, #3 The app store #4 Negotiation and pricing #5 Easy implementation and day-to-day management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To me, it is how the product provides a "proactive view of the world". With a few tweaks here and there, it could become the only app IT really uses. I used every day, it was my CRM. I think that with improved reporting, device management, MDM, and integration monitoring (similar to salto.io) it could really become the only IT app most mid market companies need!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting was clearly under developed and the usage for some apps were not always accurate, which could lead to some frustration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tracking license usage is only a small part of the product, the real value is on the workflow automations, because you can link IT with all other business areas. Also, review your ERP integration requirements and if the setup meets Torii data needs, else you might risk spending some time after implementation to adjust it.

Great Product explains use of Saas apps

What differentiates Torii from other similar products?

That its lightweight and inexpensive compared to other apps. Its definitely helping in the offboarding department

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it tells us who is leaving company and who's accounts we need to close out, or how often users use apps which helps us save money.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact there could much more versatility about what this product can do. Manage Google accounts for example.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely shop around and take a look at whats out there right now.

What differentiates Torii from other similar products?

I don't have experience with other products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The promise that one click will offboard a user from everything but this isn't always the case.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is easier to review off-boarders manually. Many of the connected apps are through Google. Once their Google is disabled they are unable to access those apps anyway.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Torii has the potential but it was not right for us at the time. We spent more time review what torii had missed which would have been spent on cleanly offboarding users or creating our own automation workflows to achieve this outside of Torii
