Sophisticated communication tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
I use Slack to communicate with my team all day. It includes the majority of the features found in other professional messengers. But one feature that I particularly like is the ability to edit/delete text even after it has been sent. In other messengers I've used, once I send a message, there's no turning back.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Broadly speaking, I really like Slack! The desktop version is superior to the web version in my opinion. Also, the direct message feature in Slack, which I use, is very useful. The ability to create different channels to assist on different topics, groups, and teams within the organization is the best feature of Slack. I like the accessibility features as well because Slack is accessible from almost any device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the parts that do not work properly is the inquiry framework. When I embed a word in the pursuit, it takes a significant amount of time to play out the hunt; additionally, it doesn't show all of the outcomes of the looked through the word; it just shows the most extraordinary and most recent outcomes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack provides the most value to our company in terms of unified communication and if you also want the same then don't miss this amazing chance. What I like best about Slack is how customizable it is. If you can think of something that needs to be done at work, Slack has a solution for it.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
