Progress management application with useful tags

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
In addition to rooms and mentions, I think it's a great feature that you can tag conversations and comments. In other chat apps, important information will eventually flow and you won't be able to see it consistently or it will be hidden, but thanks to this tagging information, that's not the case. It can be used as a bulletin board or newsletter, and it is also effective as a dm, mention, or chat.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Even if you join the group later, it is very convenient to be able to see previous exchanges. Also, I think it is a convenient point to be able to edit the message after sending it. Especially when there was something I wanted to keep an eye on until the task was completed (called a to-do) in the business, it flowed in conversation with common chat tools and there were many errors in the progress and confirmation of the business. With Slack's tag feature, conversations you want to keep or not replay appear immediately in the tag search.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The high price of the paid version is a bit of a bottleneck. With the free version, I'm a bit concerned about security. Also, it's nice to have a mention of myself, but I'm curious as to which thread it was posted in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While working from home increases and communication decreases, I was able to continue to communicate quickly by creating multiple channels. In addition, work efficiency has improved because it can be linked to multiple systems. It can also be used from a smartphone, so we recommend installing it as a chat application. It is also very effective as an information backup, and errors flowing into business have been reduced.
