The system allows for speedy vacancy approvals, and jobs can be posted both internally and externally at the touch of a button. Its tracking functionality, flexibility, and ease of use simply add to its effectiveness.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Powerful reporting and analytics tools supports high-calibre hiring and improved workforce acquisition decisions. Automated update notification to candidates and tracking of communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A fee times that I have seen when we have a multitude of data configurations, the system can run slow but that doesn't happen often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Progressive organizations need a solid recruitment program like SAP SuccessFactors that focuses on a company's most valuable asset - it's people.
