My favorite aspect is its centralized system, where all HR processes like employee data, performance, and recruitment are managed in one place. “The user interface is simple and easy to use for daily tasks. It helps automate many manual HR processes, saving time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system can be a bit complex for new users, Customization options are limited in some modules and often performance is slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in proper training for users and admins and if you are planning integrations with other systems, plan it carefully.
