you need to have a global budget if you want to deploy some new functionnalities. Tool is powerful but you need to have a structure, a budget and lot of change mangement follow by business team

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

We also need a record sync related function to sync the row of dependent records automatically when some changes are made, just by syncing this type of record, instead of syncing two records one after another.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is difficult to open a node property in the process model with a double click; instead, we need to right-click and then click the property.This includes many amazing tools/features in its interface, and you will have to learn and find out what can be useful for your business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We need a dialog configuration component that can be used without the help of a record type, like opening a quick dialog with a form on a button click to capture some feedback. The Validation Message feature needs some improvements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool has a simple and intuitive user interface and provides a basic architecture that you can adapt according to your requirements. It comes with a built-in workspace, which is a drag-and-drop canvas for custom analysis and visualizations.
