What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Qualified, you can interact with clients in real time on your website and it is a very customized solution. The platform's adaptability is what I adore the most. It truly is all there, including retargeting, composing unique messages, adding new data-capturing areas, and customization choices. This website solution is truly account-based.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though Qualified is a strong tool, there are still certain areas that may be improved, like how simple it is to locate a specific visitor inside the platform (requiring more clicks than necessary) and how much juggling is required to sync with Salesforce and Marketo when using a meeting booker following a form submission.

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?
Qualified provides a great degree of visibility into the the top of the funnel, on top of all the standard chat features. They work closely with you to demonstrate their value, as well as work on product development. We have been a partner with them on some of their AI models since the outset.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product works so we can actually focus on driving outcomes. Qualified views our success as theirs so the ability to execute and promote is so much higher than many of other tools
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, there hasn't been anything I've disliked about this company or product. The sales process was low pressure and fair.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Like any tool, you need to make sure you have buy in from all the end users. The users (SDRs) who were the most active increased their pay quite significantly in the quarters after the tool was implemented.
